Wicresoft is hiring “Technical Support Engineer – Office 365” for Shanghai, China office. Wicresoft is a great global company founded by Microsoft in 2002 which has office in 29 Countries. Wicresoft has hired 100+ Bangladeshi Engineers from 2019 to 2020.
Any Bangladeshi Engineer, B.Sc in any Engineering discipline – with Minimum 2 Years of IT or any engineering experience are eligible for apply.
Salary: 7000 – to 8000 CNY (Approximate 110,000 BDT – 125,000 BDT) with Target incentive and bonus for each month as additional income approximate 3000 CNY ( 40,000 BDT to 50,000 BDT) can earn.
VISA & Travel: Visa, Lunch, Air travel, Transport, accommodation will be provided by Company.
Work Days: 5 Days / week. 8 hours / day.

Responsibility:
· Ability to communicate complex information via verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and intercultural awareness
· Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines
· Ability to work with complex procedures, within defined support boundaries and program guidelines
· General understanding of networking and familiarity with hosted security technologies
· Effective communication skills to audiences ranging from IT managers to CIO’s of small to medium businesses
· Understanding of new software and technology with broad awareness of online services
· Basic troubleshooting skills
· Review existing troubleshooting guides and knowledgebase articles on a regular basis with Microsoft internal teams to keep the documents up-to-date
· Communication skills that allow you to take lead and control the communication with frustrated or upset customers
· Requirements:
· Basic technical skills in Windows Operating systems/Networking/Exchange online Server/SharePoint Online Server/Lync Online Server products is preferred, or would like to learn the basic tech skills if not from related tech majors.
· Good English written and oral skills
· Good grammar and spelling in written communications
· Ability to multitask among multiple customers and applications
· Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines
· Patience and Empathy in customer interactions
· Active listening skills
· Inbound customer service skillset
· Familiar with application tools used at call centers
· Ability to work on different Shifts
