Title: UI/UX Designer
Role Overview:
WellDev is looking for a UI & UX Designer who will be responsible for designing interactive and intuitive interfaces for robust, easy-to-use, state-of-the-art products of our clients.
If you have a keen eye and are eager to design world-class user experience for the global market, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll be creating both functional and appealing features that address our client’s needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements and specifications in collaboration with clients, stakeholders, product management teams, and developers.
• Conduct different research and analysis to understand the root problem in order to design a good user experience.
• Produce high-quality, innovative UX design solutions through wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Develop design systems, and component libraries and continuously improve them based on the product need.
• Ensure best practices, and consistency of design across the software as well as high standards of aesthetics and visual appeal.
• Present designs and ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders and amend designs after feedback.
• Prepare designs for development handoff ensuring necessary notes, specs, states, and assets.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of work experience as a UI & UX Designer.
• Experienced working with an international user base.
• Strong English communication skills are a must.
• A strong portfolio of UI & UX design projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software and technologies such as: Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and Sketch.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• A good understanding of color theory, design principles, and design systems.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and API are a plus.
• Must be energetic, self-organized, and a team player.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly package range is from BDT 40,000 – 80,000
