Role Overview
WellDev is looking for a qualified Software Engineer (React.js) to join our team. You will be responsible for building the ‘client side‘ of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Responsibilities
• Estimate workload and project delivery timeline.
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Develop applications in React.js.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
•Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards.
• Review, test and debug team members’ code.
• Maintain standard documents at every phase of the development life cycle.
• Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date
Requirements
• Fluent English communication skills are a must.
• 1+ years of work experience as a JavaScript Engineer or similar role in a reputed national or foreign company. Freelance experience should not be counted.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in React framework.
• Experience in consuming and integrating restful APIs in a Single Page JS application.
• A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts (i.e. ES6, etc).
• Good knowledge of Redux and other React ecosystem tools
• Experience in Typescript is a plus, otherwise needed to be flexible to learn it
• Good knowledge of version control tools and of developing web services and Problem-solving abilities
• Familiar to work with Agile methodology.
• Good delegation and time management skills
• M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields is an advantage but not required
• Responsive web design experience is plus
• Experience with Object Oriented Javascript is a plus

• Monthly compensation package range of BDT 50,000 to BDT 150,000 based on skills and experience.
