Job Opportunity For Software Technical Lead (C++)

Enosis Solutions is looking for technical leads having professional experience and deep knowledge of C++. As a technical lead, you will be responsible to ensure technical quality of the software applications we develop. You will be guiding software development teams with proper requirement analysis, estimation, system design, implementation and code review.

Key Responsibilities

• Design maintainable and efficient solution for the user requirements.
• Guide engineers to implement solution as per the design.
• Perform code review of team members to ensure proper quality.
• Mentor developers in the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in establishing and documenting solutions architecture and technical design.
• Empower the team to deliver quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve the development process.
• Write high-quality code that is supported by an appropriate level of testing and metrics.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and/or technologies to provide solution for client requirements.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification.
• Must have good knowledge of object oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Must have experience working with windows API.
• Experience working with desktop applications and UI frameworks like MFC, QT will be preferable.
• Knowledge of Managed C++ is a plus.
• Knowledge of C# is a plus.
• Experience with any relational database, like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. is a plus.
• Experience with PL/SQL with any DBMS is a plus.
• Must have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Interest to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision is a must.
