Salary: BDT 35,000 – BDT 45,000 (Depending on your experience)

Responsibilities

Provide live chat support, and answer support tickets via Helpscout, and WordPress Repository in a clear and concise manner.

Respond to Social Media inquiries (Facebook, Twitter).

Provide PHP, JQuery, HTML, CSS fixes, and minor customization support to our clients.

Test WordPress Themes and Plugins to find bugs and report to our development team.

Monitor support and participate in the quality assurance of our products.

Satisfy users and convince them to purchase through top-notch pre-sales support.
Requirements
-
Proficient in written English and excellent communication skills.

Must be able to write grammatically correct responses.

2+ years of experience in WordPress Support.

Solid understanding of WordPress Action/Hooks, PHP, HTML & CSS(Advanced), WordPress Theme or plugin Customization.

Advanced debugging skills using browser inspection tools.

Great knowledge of WordPress Themes and Plugins as we work with WordPress-related products.

Participate in documentation writing and improvement.

An ability to handle immense pressure and a passion for solving complex issues.

Calmness and a great sense of humor.

Must be polite and should have good interpersonal communication skills.

A team player.
Preferable Skills
If you have the following skills, it will be a plus and put you ahead of others. But they are not 100% required if you are a fast learner.

Experience with WordPress Development
-
Hands-on development experience using PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JavaScript.

Basic knowledge of Vue.js or other JS frameworks.

Participated in a course like IELTS, and TOEFL.
Educational Requirements
Your degree & results do not matter as long as you have skills.
Working Schedule

From 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. (Sunday to Thursday).

Weekly 5 days, Friday & Saturday are holidays.
